My Practice
I provide comprehensive counsel in matters involving:

I am in a network which handles all matters related to Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy petitions, preparing and filing all the required documents and acting on your behalf in meetings or hearings with creditors, the trustee or the court. - Environmental law. A former environmental chemist, I have a strong grasp of the evidentiary issues involved in environmental compliance and environmental litigation. I handle all types of toxic torts, including hazardous waste disputes and compliance issues.
